Easy to share.
Yours to control.

Decide who can open your link, how long it stays available, and when access ends.

Every document has a different audience.
Choose the right access.

Limit a proposal to named email addresses or an internal document to a company domain. Use a PIN for simpler sharing, or allow anyone with the link to open it directly. Manage access from your dashboard.

Direct access, a four-digit PIN, or email verification. Match the method to your content.

02

Add approved email addresses or a domain rule for email-gated shares. Set the expiry date and session lifetime.

Close access when needed

Revoking a share closes access. An existing session cannot reopen a revoked or expired link.

Your questions,
clear answers.

How do PIN and email verification differ?

A PIN allows anyone who knows it to enter; it does not verify identity. Email verification uses a code sent to an approved address.

Can I allow a whole company?

Use a domain rule on an email-gated share. People who verify an email address at that domain can open the content.

What happens when I change the PIN?

Changing the PIN invalidates existing PIN sessions. Recipients must enter the new PIN.
