Pricing Transparency Policy

1. One plan, two billing periods

All ShareHub product features are offered under one ShareHub Pro plan. Pricing is per user; monthly and annual subscriptions contain the same product features.

• The monthly launch price is USD 2 per user, charged in advance for one month. Each new period requires separate payment approval.
• The annual launch price is USD 15 per user in total, charged in advance for 12 months. The monthly equivalent is USD 1.25; this equivalent is not a monthly charge.
• Undiscounted list prices are USD 5 per user per month and USD 48 per user per year. Launch and list prices are shown separately; the price applicable to the order appears in the payment summary.
• Pricing is per user. The order total depends on the selected billing period and purchased user count; the user count and final total are shown before payment confirmation.
• At launch prices, annual billing saves USD 9 per user, approximately 38 percent, compared with USD 24 across twelve monthly charges.

2. Services included

• Current links and version management.
• OTP and domain-protected access.
• Expiry, revocation, and verified-view controls.
• Projects and Agent Space workflows.
• REST API and MCP access.
• Email support within the plan.

3. VAT and final total

Launch and list prices include 20 percent VAT. No additional VAT is added to the displayed total at checkout.

Pricing is per user. The order total depends on the selected billing period and purchased user count; the user count and final total are shown before payment confirmation.

4. Currency and bank costs

Prices are stated in US dollars; iyzico collects payment in Turkish lira (TRY). ShareHub converts the amount into TRY using the exchange rate at payment time. The applied rate and final TRY charge are shown before payment confirmation. If the card currency is not TRY, any additional bank conversion or transaction fees are subject to the issuing bank's terms.

5. Items without hidden fees

• No setup or activation fee.
• No physical delivery, shipping, or packaging fee.
• No mandatory add-on fee for standard plan features.
• No separate per-call fee for plan-included REST API or MCP use.
• No ShareHub refund-processing fee for an approved refund.

6. Custom work and separate proposals

Custom development, extensive migration, special integration, consulting, or reserved capacity outside the standard plan is scoped and priced in a separate written proposal. No fee arises without explicit customer approval.

7. Renewal and price changes

Renewal requires a new payment approved by the customer. The amount is displayed at checkout. A price change does not affect a current paid period.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Without a new payment, the paid period is not extended. Unused-period and exceptional refund rules are in the Delivery and Refund Policy; withdrawal and immediate electronic performance are described in the Distance Sales Agreement.
