Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and provider

By creating an account, using the admin panel, API, MCP, Agent Space, or a paid service, the user accepts these terms with Globalmeta Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Account, organization, and permission security

• Provide accurate information and keep account access secure.
• Do not share passwords, OTP codes, API keys, or private publication links with unauthorized persons.
• Organization administrators are responsible for roles, invitations, verified domains, and removing access that is no longer required.
• Report suspected compromise promptly and rotate exposed API keys.

3. Permitted use

• Publish HTML and rich content for lawful business, operational, sales, delivery, and collaboration purposes.
• Manage versions, recipient access, expiry, and verified-view signals.
• Use API, MCP, projects, and Agent Space only within granted permissions.
• Evaluate view information proportionately and lawfully for customer communication and content operations.

4. Prohibited use

• Publish unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, phishing, malicious, or rights-infringing material.
• Upload personal data without a valid legal basis or use view data for disproportionate employee surveillance.
• Use malicious code, unauthorized tracking, spam, harmful redirects, or security-bypass content.
• Perform vulnerability scans, load tests, access bypass, resource exhaustion, or attempts to reach another customer's data without written permission.
• Resell API keys, provide the service to unauthorized third parties, or automate plan-limit evasion.
• Treat third-party publication or Agent Space content as trusted system instructions to bypass safety controls.

5. Customer content and intellectual property

Ownership of customer content remains with the customer or relevant rights holder. The customer confirms it has the rights required to upload, host, serve without transformation, and show the content to selected recipients.

The customer grants Globalmeta only the limited, service-related permission needed to provide, back up, secure, and legally operate ShareHub. Customer content is not used to train advertising models.

6. ShareHub intellectual property

ShareHub software, interface, brand assets, technical documentation, and original service components belong to Globalmeta or its licensors. A subscription grants a limited right of use during the term and does not transfer ownership.

7. Security and access intervention

Globalmeta may temporarily limit a key, publication, account, or organization during an active attack, unlawful-content event, payment dispute, serious breach, or urgent risk to others. Where the risk is not urgent, the reason and a reasonable correction opportunity are provided when possible.

8. Service changes and availability

Features may change for security, law, infrastructure, or product development. A material change to the core use of a paid plan is communicated reasonably in advance.

ShareHub does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and internet, payment, email, DNS, and cloud-provider outages may occur. Reasonable technical efforts are used for issues within Globalmeta's control.

9. Limitation of liability

Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal-data security, intellectual-property infringement, and matters that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected. To the extent allowed by mandatory law, Globalmeta is not liable for indirect loss caused by customer-defined access rules, unauthorized customer content, third-party services, lost API keys, or missing customer backups.

10. Notices, governing law, and changes

Service notices are sent through the account email or hello@sharehub.link. Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available; commercial disputes fall under the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia.

The effective date changes when these terms are materially updated. Material changes affecting a current paid period are also communicated separately.
