Subscription Service Agreement

1. Parties and purpose

This agreement governs the continuing ShareHub Pro relationship between Globalmeta Dijital Pazarlama ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi and the subscriber identified in the checkout and organization account.

2. One plan and service scope

• Create current links, publish HTML, and release new versions on the same URL.
• Use public, email-OTP, and domain-allowlisted access.
• Set expiry, session duration, single-view access, and immediate revocation.
• Receive verified-view signals and basic measurements for the current version.
• Use organization, team, project, and Agent Space workflows.
• Operate authorized content through REST API, MCP, and the panel.
• Receive email support for security, faults, and service access.

3. Subscription start

The subscription becomes active when ShareHub verifies the iyzico payment result. Opening a payment form, a pending bank authorization, or a client-side success message does not alone create subscription rights.

The subscription is bound to an organization account. Domain verification and secure setup of the first administrator may be required before publishing permissions can be used.

4. Period, fee, and tax

• The monthly launch price is USD 2 per user, charged in advance for one month. Each new period requires separate payment approval.
• The annual launch price is USD 15 per user in total, charged in advance for 12 months. The monthly equivalent is USD 1.25; this equivalent is not a monthly charge.
• Undiscounted list prices are USD 5 per user per month and USD 48 per user per year. Launch and list prices are shown separately; the price applicable to the order appears in the payment summary.
• Pricing is per user. The order total depends on the selected billing period and purchased user count; the user count and final total are shown before payment confirmation.
• Launch and list prices include 20 percent VAT. No additional VAT is added to the displayed total at checkout.
• Prices are stated in US dollars; iyzico collects payment in Turkish lira (TRY). ShareHub converts the amount into TRY using the exchange rate at payment time. The applied rate and final TRY charge are shown before payment confirmation. If the card currency is not TRY, any additional bank conversion or transaction fees are subject to the issuing bank's terms.

5. Paid periods and renewal

Each period is paid through a separate iyzico checkout approved by the workspace owner. There are no automatic charges. Early renewal adds time after the current period; renewal after expiry starts on payment confirmation. Without renewal, the workspace becomes read-only. The account, billing history and renewal screen remain available. Individual shares retain their own expiry and retention rules.

6. Price changes

A price change is not applied retroactively to a paid period. The current amount is displayed and separately approved at each checkout.

7. Cancellation and period end

To stop using the service, do not pay for another period. No separate cancellation request is required because the card is not charged automatically.

Unless earlier action is required for misuse or security, access continues until the end of the paid period. Any unused-period refund is assessed under the Delivery and Refund Policy and mandatory law.

8. Fair use and technical limits

ShareHub Pro is one plan subject to documented technical safeguards such as a 3 MB raw HTML limit, security controls, API rate limits, open upload-ticket limits, and infrastructure capacity. These limits protect balanced service and do not create hidden fees.

Exceptional capacity, migration, development, or consulting creates no fee without a separate written scope and explicit price approval.

9. Support and maintenance

Support requests are received at hello@sharehub.link. ShareHub Pro does not publish a numeric uptime or first-response SLA. Security and service-access issues are prioritized.

Planned maintenance is announced when practical. Emergency security maintenance may occur without advance notice.

10. Suspension and termination

When no urgent risk exists, the reason and correction path are communicated. Advance notice may be omitted for mandatory law, a valid judicial request, or an active attack.

• Failed payment or chargeback.
• Unlawful content, phishing, malicious code, or third-party rights infringement.
• Permission bypass, account sharing, API abuse, or infrastructure-harming traffic.
• A serious personal-data or information-security risk.
• A material agreement breach not corrected within a reasonable period.

11. Data and service termination

The subscriber is responsible for exporting its content and records through available tools while service is active. Panel and publishing permissions may close after termination. Data is deleted or anonymized after legal retention, security, and rights-protection periods are satisfied.

12. Third parties, force majeure, and liability

ShareHub depends on providers including Supabase, Netlify, Microsoft, and iyzico. Provider outages, internet or DNS problems, cyberattacks, natural disasters, regulatory change, and other events outside the parties' control may affect service.

Globalmeta uses reasonable efforts to restore matters within its control. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and matters that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.

13. Governing law and contact

Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain available; commercial disputes fall under the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia. Notices and support use hello@sharehub.link.
