Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller and Service Provider below and the buyer identified in the ShareHub account and checkout form.

• Buyer: the natural or legal person whose name, account email, telephone, identity or tax number, and billing address appear at checkout.

2. Definitions

• ShareHub or Platform: the cloud service consisting of sharehub.globalmeta.net, the admin panel, API, MCP, Agent Space, and secure publication links.
• Service: subscription access for publishing, versioning, access management, and verified-view signals.
• Plan: the single ShareHub Pro package with the monthly or annual billing period selected by the Buyer.
• Electronic delivery: enabling subscription permissions in the relevant organization account after payment verification.
• Durable medium: a method such as email that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged for a reasonable period.

3. Subject and related documents

This agreement governs the sale, electronic delivery, price, renewal, cancellation, and use of the ordered ShareHub Pro subscription.

The order summary, selected period, Delivery and Refund Policy, Subscription Service Agreement, Pricing Transparency Policy, and contract version in force at checkout form part of the transaction. The selected period and final checkout total prevail for order-specific information.

4. Pre-contract information

Before a payment obligation arises, the Buyer is informed of the service characteristics, provider identity, VAT-inclusive total, payment method, electronic delivery, subscription period, renewal method, cancellation, withdrawal rights and exceptions, refund procedure, and application channels.

The Buyer confirms that billing, contact, and organization information is accurate, the selected period has been reviewed, and the payment button creates an obligation to pay.

5. Main service characteristics

• Publish current HTML through one link and update it with new versions.
• Choose public access or protection by email OTP and domain allowlist.
• Control revocation, expiry, single-view access, and session duration.
• Receive basic measurement and view signals based on real render or OTP verification.
• Use projects, Agent Space, REST API, and MCP for authorized publishing workflows.
• Features remain subject to security limits, fair use, and documented technical capacity.

6. Price, tax, and payment

• The monthly launch price is USD 2 per user, charged in advance for one month. Each new period requires separate payment approval.
• The annual launch price is USD 15 per user in total, charged in advance for 12 months. The monthly equivalent is USD 1.25; this equivalent is not a monthly charge.
• Undiscounted list prices are USD 5 per user per month and USD 48 per user per year. Launch and list prices are shown separately; the price applicable to the order appears in the payment summary.
• Pricing is per user. The order total depends on the selected billing period and purchased user count; the user count and final total are shown before payment confirmation.
• Launch and list prices include 20 percent VAT. No additional VAT is added to the displayed total at checkout.
• Prices are stated in US dollars; iyzico collects payment in Turkish lira (TRY). ShareHub converts the amount into TRY using the exchange rate at payment time. The applied rate and final TRY charge are shown before payment confirmation. If the card currency is not TRY, any additional bank conversion or transaction fees are subject to the issuing bank's terms.
• Payment is processed by iyzico. A subscription is not activated until a successful provider result is verified by ShareHub.

7. Formation and electronic record

The agreement is formed when the Buyer approves the required documents, requests immediate electronic performance, and submits payment. The order and consent version are recorded electronically and may be supplied on a durable medium.

8. Electronic performance and access

The service is delivered by enabling access after verified payment. Domain verification or organization-security steps may still be required before publishing authority is available. A payment form or pending authorization alone does not constitute performance.

9. Subscription period and renewal

Access is prepaid for one calendar month or 12 calendar months. Each renewal requires a new payment approved by the workspace owner through iyzico. Early renewal preserves remaining time; after expiry, a new period starts when payment is verified. There are no automatic card charges.

10. Withdrawal, cancellation, and defective service

Mandatory consumer rights apply. At checkout the Buyer expressly requests immediate electronic performance. Statutory withdrawal exceptions may therefore apply to instantly performed electronic services and services begun with consumer approval before the withdrawal period ends.

Renewal is optional and requires a new payment. Rights relating to non-performance, defective service, duplicate charge, or any legally non-waivable consumer remedy remain available.

11. Payment disputes and suspension

ShareHub may limit access while a chargeback, fraud indication, failed renewal, or inconsistent transaction is reviewed. A verified duplicate or unauthorized transaction is handled according to provider records and applicable law.

12. Records and evidence

Electronic order, agreement version, consent time, transaction reference, audit record, and service logs may be retained for statutory duties and dispute resolution. Mandatory evidentiary rules remain applicable.

13. Disputes and effective date

Turkish law applies. Mandatory consumer applications and competent consumer authorities remain available. Commercial disputes fall under the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Anatolia. Questions may be sent to hello@sharehub.link.
